It’s a key question, as it may well qualify to make you exempt from a unit in our CAM Diploma. If this applies, you’d only need to study two units to gain a Diploma in Digital Marketing – cutting down on study time and cost of tuition fees.

Marketing & Consumer Behaviour unit (Available for Diploma in Marketing Communications and Digital Marketing Diploma)
CIM Level 4 Professional Certificate in Marketing or above or any degree with sufficient relevant marketing content.
Public Relations unit (Available for Diploma in Marketing Communications)
Chartered Institute of Public Relations Diploma
Digital Marketing Essentials unit (Available for Digital Diplomas)
Institute of Direct Marketing Diploma from 2007
Credit Transfer
Digital Marketing Planning unit (Available for Diploma in Digital Marketing) Please note the e-Marketing award will be accepted as alternative to and not an exemption against Digital Marketing Planning unit. As the CIM e-Marketing award gives a credit transfer there is no exemption fee payable.
CIM’s e-Marketing Award from 2006 (no longer running)
* Only one exemption is available per qualification. A student may be given an exemption from Marketing and Consumer Behaviour for any CAM Diploma award if they have an appropriate previous qualification(s) that allows the exemption. A qualification may only be used once to claim a CAM exemption from Marketing and Consumer Behaviour for one CAM qualification. It cannot be used again for a different CAM qualification.
